Each session provides the benefits of resistance strengthening, excellent core work and total-body toning. You will feel focused, energized yet balanced, and lengthened. We will work on specialized apparatus in the studio with spring-weighted resistance, (Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair) or for in-home sessions, using mat work and props that I provide.
